Production: 2–5 business days. Your design gets printed, cut or stitched after you order.

Transit: 3–5 business days once it ships.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. Larger orders can ship in more than one package because items are made at different facilities depending on what they are.

International orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive; your tracking email shows the carrier's estimate.

The United States, Canada, Australia, every EU country, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and the Philippines. Mugs ship to the U.S. only for now, and the sticker sheet doesn't ship to EU addresses yet. Not on the list, like the UK? More countries are coming. Free on U.S. orders of $50 and up. Below that, and for every order to Canada and Australia, the rate is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your bag. Orders to other countries pay that same calculated rate plus a $3 international handling fee, shown in the shipping line.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be charged import VAT, duties and a carrier handling fee on delivery. These are set by your country, paid by you, and not included in our prices. In the EU that's usually your local VAT rate (around 20%) plus a small carrier fee.

An order confirmation lands in your inbox once payment clears, and a second email brings the tracking link once the carrier scans your package.
